Shipping: 5 Days

Rental Information
The rental period for shipping will begin with the item(s) arriving to the address provided by the renter on the first day of the 5 day rental period. Your box will contain a return label for your convenience. 
 
Rental Instructions
When choosing the rental period, select 2 days before your shoot as the start date. Care for the item(s) like they are your own and let your creativity flow as our pieces help bring your vision to life. Remove all sticks, loose dirt, and misc. items. Airdry the item(s) overnight if wet. Place your item(s) back into the box that they arrived in and attach the return label that was included. Mail the item(s) back to EJE Rentals on the day after your shoot to ensure it is returned by the 5th day.

Care Instructions
Never wash or attempt cleaning stains with any of EJE Rentals Gowns/Shoes/Veils. Cleaning fee is included in the price of the rental. ALL sticks & misc. items MUST be removed prior to return of the rented items. A cleaning fee of $50 will be required if the item is returned with sticks or misc. items. 

Damage Policies
Please treat the rented item(s) as they are your own. They have been carefully chosen and cared for to support the growth of businesses for creatives. If the rented item is returned damaged, a fee of the item's worth will be charged. This can range from $100-$500+
 
Late Return Policies
If the rented item(s) have not returned to EJE Rentals by the chosen return date, a late fee of $50 per day will be charged to the renter.
